Bob Mosby is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Engineer in OEM/ODM Operational Excellence at STIHL USA since April 2023, collaborating with strategic OEM suppliers to enhance production, quality, and cost efficiency. Prior to this role, Bob held various positions at Continental Automotive from 1999 to April 2023, culminating in the role of Sr. Quality Manager, where oversight of multiple quality departments in the Henderson plant was managed. Bob also served as a Quality and Manufacturing Engineer Manager and Project Manager during tenure at Continental. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University. Bob also attended Washington and Lee University from 1980 to 1984.
