Michele Scapin has extensive work experience in the field of robotics and engineering. Michele began their career as an Intern at the University of Padova in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Software Design Engineer at Bluewind Embedded Systems Design, where they developed software applications for wireless devices and conducted thermal tests for system validation. From 2013 to 2015, Michele worked as an E/E Systems Engineer at MASCHIO GASPARDO S.p.A. In 2015, they joined STIGA as an Innovation Systems Engineer, and over the years, they held various positions including Robotic Field Application Engineer, Robotic Systems Engineer, Robotic Systems Leader, and Chief Engineering Manager of Robotics & Connectivity.
Michele Scapin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics from the Università degli Studi di Padova in 2009. In the same year, they participated in the Erasmus Exchange Program at the Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Mechatronics from the Università degli Studi di Padova. In 2015, they studied for a Master degree in Project Management and Innovation Management at the Università degli Studi di Padova. Additionally, in 2012, they earned a Professional Industrial Engineer Qualification. Michele Scapin has also obtained various certifications, including "Assumersi le proprie responsabilità ," "Finance for Non-Financial Managers," "Having Difficult Conversations: A Guide for Managers," and "Negotiation Skills" from LinkedIn.
