Lisa Cooper is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across various sectors. Currently serving as Chairwoman of Equality Check and the Oslo School of Architecture and Design, Lisa also holds board positions at Voksenåsen Kultur og Konferansehotell and previously at the Norwegian Refugee Council. As the Founder and CEO of Catalysts Consulting and Catalysts Norway, Lisa has developed methodologies that address operational challenges related to workforce inclusion and youth mentorship. Additionally, Lisa established the Leadership Foundation, aiming to tackle global diversity challenges. With a strong educational background in International Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor's degree from Penn State University, Lisa Cooper remains committed to fostering inclusive environments and innovative solutions for societal challenges.
