Eric Jacobs is an accomplished legal and corporate governance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Stiftelsen Christian Radich since May 2021, Jacobs also holds the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer at Awilco Drilling and is a Board Member at DNK. Since November 2011, Jacobs has been the Senior Vice President General Counsel at Awilhelmsen Management AS, while also acting as General Counsel at Awilhelmsen AS. Previous roles include Executive Vice President General Counsel at Skuld and General Counsel and Board Secretary at Bona Shipholding Ltd. Jacobs began their career as a Legal Consultant at the Norwegian Consumer Counsel. Educational qualifications include a law degree from the University of Oslo, earned between 1987 and 1993.
