David Sliney serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at Stifel Financial Corp. since 1992, with additional responsibilities as Senior Vice President and Director of Strategic Planning, Technology, and Operations at Stifel Nicolaus from 2000 to the present. David Sliney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Boston College Carroll School of Management between 1988 and 1992 and furthered education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from 1995 to 1996.
