Iva Leder has been working in the software development field since 2013. Iva began their career as a Child Psychologist at DV En ten tini in 2013. In 2015, they took on a role as a Psychologist & Teacher in a computer skills workshop at the Rehabilitation Center Stančić. In 2017, they worked as a Jira Consultant and Software Developer at Beta Tau Beta. In 2018, they worked as an Independent Consultant at Udacity and as a Freelance Web Developer at Fiverr. Currently, they are employed at Sticker Mule as a Software Engineer and Junior Software Developer.

Iva Leder has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Sveučilište 'Josipa Jurja Strossmayera' u Osijeku, obtained between 2005 and 2009. Iva also has a Master's Degree in Psychology from the same institution, obtained between 2009 and 2012. In 2016, they obtained a Front End Web Development certification from Udacity, and in 2017 they obtained a React Nanodegree from Udacity. Iva also obtained a Mobile Web Developer Nanodegree from Udacity in 2018. Additionally, they have certifications from Atlassian, including the Atlassian Certified JIRA Service Desk Administrator and the Atlassian Certified JIRA Administrator, obtained in 2017. Iva also has certifications from Udacity, including the Android Basics Nanodegree, Front-End Web Developer Nanodegree, and React Nanodegree.
