Esther Spijkerboer has extensive experience in training and coaching, with a career spanning several decades. Since 1994, Esther has served as Trainer and Coach at tao netwerk, where expertise includes practical, solution-oriented, and clarifying methods. As a co-owner alongside Roel Tijben, Esther facilitates individual and group sessions. Additionally, since 2019, Esther has been a Trainer for the Basiscertificaat O&O-assistent at Stichting Technasium, assisting technical education assistants in their roles. Esther also trains pharmacy teams at Apotheek de Vriendschap since 2013, contributing to the establishment of the De Vriendschap Academie. Prior experience includes freelance training for various clients and a role as a primary school teacher at Vrije School Groningen. Esther's educational background includes certifications in Business Management and Personality Theory.
