Onno Nieman is an experienced trainer and changemanager with a strong background in governance and organizational development, currently working as a trainer at Bestuursacademie Nederland since September 2017. Nieman has served on the Raad van Toezicht at Stichting Surplus since January 2012, where a self-evaluation tool for the council was developed. Notable roles include director for the City of Amsterdam and Hairlemmermeer, and programmamanager for the Gemeente Amersfoort, focusing on social domain movement and decentralization.
