Tim Claassen serves as the Head of Strategy at Havas Lemz, a unique creative agency in Amsterdam, where Claassen has worked since September 2000. With a strong analytical background, Claassen transitioned from potential careers in science and consultancy to making significant contributions in strategy and communication for clients. In addition to leading strategy at Havas Lemz, Claassen is actively involved in promoting diversity and inclusion as a member of the Taskforce on Diversity & Inclusion at VIA Nederland, while also serving on the Dutch Advertising Code Committee and chairing the Effie Jury on Social Impact. Claassen's educational foundation includes a degree from Radboud University Nijmegen, where Claassen worked as a research and editorial assistant prior to joining the agency sector.
