Paul Niessen has extensive professional experience, currently serving in multiple roles at PSW since May 1996, including PR responsibilities such as photography, videography, editing, content management for websites and intranet, as well as social media and communications. At Bureau Begeleid Werken PSW, Paul serves as a job coach, assisting individuals with disabilities through case management. Additionally, since 2023, Paul has been the chairman and coordinator of theater technology for Echter Revue, a volunteer-led organization. Previously, Paul worked at Koraal (formerly St. Anna Heel) from June 1989 to August 1996, organizing various activities for groups ranging from small to large. Paul Niessen holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Pedagogical Work from Mikojel Akademie Sittard and attended Bisschoppelijk College Echt.
