Marieke Van Baars is an experienced leader and innovator with a diverse background in management and social work. Currently serving as a member of the supervisory board for Stichting PSW and Cultuurmij Oost, Marieke has a strong commitment to enhancing societal participation and connecting various sectors. As the director and co-founder of De Jonge Helden Academie, Marieke focuses on guiding young people in making informed choices about education and work. With leadership roles at Verschilmakers, ROS Robuust, and St. De Broederij, Marieke has consistently promoted health, quality of care, and community engagement. Marieke's educational background includes a Master of Management and Innovation from HAN University of Applied Sciences and a BA in Social Work from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
