Irma Berkhout has extensive experience in the field of education and social work, currently serving as Zorgcoördinator at OVO Zaanstad since December 2010, with additional roles as Schoolmaatschappelijk werker, leerlingbegeleider, and Docent Maatschappijleer. Since September 2019, Irma has been a member of the Commissie voor toewijzing en advies at Samenwerkingsverband Zaanstreek. Previous experience includes working as a Maatschappelijk werker and Pedagogisch medewerker B at Parlan Jeugdhulp from September 2007 to February 2009. Irma holds a Bachelor's degree in Maatschappelijk werk en dienstverlening from Inholland University of Applied Sciences (2004-2008) and a Bachelor's degree in Docent Maatschappijleer from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (2013-2016). Recently, Irma completed further education at the Nederlandse School voor Onderwijsmanagement from September 2022 to July 2023.
