Nynke Latour-Pastink currently serves as Bedrijfsjurist at Stichting Humanitas Rotterdam en Rijnmond since January 2024, following a significant tenure at Ernst & Young Nederland LLP as Advocaat and Legal Counsel in employment from October 2010 to January 2024. Nynke's career includes practicing as an Employment Lawyer at Holland Van Gijzen from October 2007 to October 2010, and contributing in leadership roles within Young Ernst & Young as both Voorzitter and responsible for Communication & PR. Educationally, Nynke Latour-Pastink holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, completed between 2002 and 2007, supplemented by a Post-Academische Leergang in Labour Law in 2012 and PALA+ certification in 2014.
