Francis de Rijke is currently a Senior Coach at Stichting Humanitas Rotterdam en Rijnmond, starting in November 2023, after an extensive career at Careyn from April 2010 to November 2023, where roles included Coach, Team Coach, and Team Manager for Zorg Thuis. In those positions, Francis focused on effective behavior, communication, absenteeism prevention, sustainable reintegration, and career guidance, while also leading multiple care teams, ensuring quality care, and facilitating self-management among team members. Previous experience includes roles in social activation at Gemeente Schiedam, departmental leadership in elderly care, and various positions in maternal and child health care since 1991.
