Caroline Vogel has an extensive background in early childhood education and management, with a career spanning several decades. Currently a volunteer at Stichting Het Spectrum since July 2023, Caroline previously worked as a saleswoman at Juwelier Retel from August 2023 to May 2024. Caroline's notable roles include serving as a manager at Stichting Peuter & Co from April 2015 to January 2023, overseeing operational management of various preschools in Rotterdam-Zuid. Additionally, Caroline held multiple project leadership positions at Estro Kinderopvang, including leading initiatives to establish an integrated child center and managing the NCKO Quality Monitor project.
