Raymond Mulder currently serves as Ontwikkelmanager Vastgoed at DUWO Student Housing, where responsibilities include overseeing the initial phases of complex development projects and managing a team of project managers. Previously held the position of Senior Projectontwikkelaar Vastgoed, focusing on large-scale redevelopment and new construction projects for student housing and other commercial functions. Prior experience includes working as Principal Consultant at Ecorys NL, providing expertise in feasibility studies and business cases for real estate developments, and as Senior Adviseur / Project Manager at ARCADIS. Raymond has also held roles as Vastgoed Manager at Next Real Estate/Van der Vorm, managing various real estate developments, and as Projectleider at Woningbeheer, overseeing renovation projects in disadvantaged neighborhoods. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Real Estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Commerciële economie from Haagse Hogeschool Den Haag, among others.
