Femmy Van Loo has extensive experience in social work, currently serving as Unitmanager Oekraïne opvang and Locatiemanager Formidable at De Tussenvoorziening since October 2017, focusing on the trajectory management for homeless individuals and ensuring the provision of necessary support and care. Prior to this role, Femmy worked at Leger des Heils from September 2005 to September 2017 as a Procescoördinator and Trajectcoördinator, where responsibilities included conducting intakes and coordinating assistance for diverse client groups facing complex challenges. Femmy holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, complemented by multiple training courses at Leger des Heils academie and Fontys Hogescholen.
