Carrie Puglisi is a seasoned professional specializing in non-profit management, program development, and community economic development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Assessments at NeighborWorks America since April 2022, Carrie conducts evaluations and writes business assessments for organizations in the affordable housing and community development sector. Prior experience includes a 15-year tenure at La Casa de Don Pedro as Director of Program & Fund Development, where responsibilities encompassed fundraising, marketing, and program development. Additionally, Carrie managed real estate development projects, served as a Community and Economic Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic, and held various roles in research and program coordination across multiple organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Wheaton College, where graduation was achieved with summa cum laude honors.
