Matthew Spavins has an extensive background in education, currently serving as the Assistant Head of Middle School at ST. GEÂÜÀòÂÒÂ×E'S The British International School since August 2014. In this role, Matthew focuses on pastoral care and academic support while also having previously held the position of Head of Physical Education, where responsibilities included overseeing the curriculum review and development for the entire school. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Physical Education Teacher at Abbey Middle School from August 2013 to July 2014, teaching Physical Education and Science for Years 6-8. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education with Q.T.S from the University of Bedfordshire, earned between September 2009 and June 2013.
