Roanne Simmons has a strong background in benefits management and human resources. Roanne started their career with Transocean in 1998 as a Benefits Supervisor before joining Halliburton in 2005. At Halliburton, Roanne held various roles, including Global Benefits Specialist, Global Benefits Supervisor, and Global Benefits Manager. Roanne managed the strategy and execution of health and welfare, wellness, defined contribution, and legacy defined benefits plans for 35,000 U.S. employees. In 2015, Roanne moved to Core Laboratories as a Benefits Manager. Currently, they are working at Stewart Title as a Sr. Benefits Manager, and they will assume the position of HR Director, Benefits & Payroll in 2023.
Roanne Simmons has a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, obtained from 1996 to 1998. Roanne also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Weber State University, earned from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources from Utah State University, completed between 1989 and 1993. In addition, Roanne has certifications in Global Benefits Management from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) and in Group Health Plan Design and Group Benefits Management from the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists.
