Scott Saunders is a seasoned professional in the field of tax-deferred exchanges, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Asset Preservation, Inc. since April 1998, where educational efforts focus on advanced §1031 exchange strategies for a national audience of accountants, attorneys, financial advisors, and real estate professionals. Prior experience includes leadership as President of Western American Exchange Corp., overseeing operations for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company's Qualified Intermediary and conducting extensive lectures on tax-deferred exchanges from April 1995 to August 1997.
