Rob Curtis is an experienced professional in the real estate and business development sectors, currently serving as Division Manager for Asset Preservation, Inc. since August 2023 and as Business Development Manager for First American Exchange Company. With over 20 years of expertise in the Scottsdale and Phoenix markets, Rob has a comprehensive background in commercial development, leasing, and residential transactions. Previous roles include Associate Real Estate Broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties, Independent Consultant, and various positions in asset management and sales at companies such as CoStar Group and Bank of America. Rob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an Associate’s Degree in Real Estate-Finance from Ferris State University.
