Anik Conley-Das, PHR, SHRM-CP (he/him) has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Recruiter for OnForce, a technology-enabled workforce solutions company. Anik then moved on to work as a Corporate Recruiter/HR Generalist for NetBrain Technologies Inc. In 2014, they took on the role of Talent Acquisition Lead at Raizlabs, a mobile app development company. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Director of Talent for LevelUp, a company specializing in mobile payments and loyalty programs. Anik then joined nuTonomy, an autonomous vehicle software startup, in 2017 as the Head of Talent before it was acquired by Aptiv. At Aptiv, they held the position of Head of Global Talent Acquisition Programs, Mobility & Services. After leaving Aptiv, Anik took on leadership roles at various companies, including ise ai as Head of People and Talent, Superpedestrian as VP of People and Culture, and Array as the VP of People Partners. Currently, they are serving as the VP of Human Resources, North Region at Steward Health Care.
Anik Conley-Das, PHR, SHRM-CP (he/him), holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, which they obtained from Boston University in the years 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Cherry Hill High School East, obtaining a High School Diploma in the years 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Anik Conley-Das has obtained certifications as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2015 and as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2014.
