Chris Bootsma is a GZ-psycholoog currently working at STEVIG, specializing in specialist and forensic care since December 2023. Previously, Chris served as a GZ-psycholoog at GGZ Oost Brabant in the Child & Youth outpatient department from September 2018 to December 2023. Earlier experience includes roles as a psychologist in training at Psychiatriepraktijk Helmind and as a praktijkondersteuner GGZ at Huisartsenpraktijk Coenen. Chris has held positions at Stichting Bijzonder Psychologen and Praktijk Up, focusing on intake assessments and individual treatments. Chris also gained experience in the Overwaal Centrum voor Angststoornissen and was involved in research activities at Radboud University and Nederlandse OCD Associatie. Educational qualifications include a postdoctoral degree in Health Care Psychology from RINO Zuid and a Master's in Health Sciences from Radboud University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience from Maastricht University.
