Jessica Rosa has a diverse range of work experience in the field of student services and administration. Jessica is currently the Director of Student Success at Stevens Institute of Technology, starting in April 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant Dean of Graduate Student Services at Columbia Engineering from August 2019 to April 2021. Jessica also worked at Columbia University in the City of New York, where they held various roles such as Associate Director of Academic Administration & Student Services, Assistant Manager of Student Services, and PhD Program Officer from 2010 to 2019. Furthermore, they gained experience in financial aid at the University of Southern California, where they worked as a Senior Assistant Director of Client Services & Outreach from June 2008 to November 2009. Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated strong leadership, team management, and a commitment to student success.
Jessica Rosa completed their Bachelor's degree in History & Journalism from New York University in the years 2002 to 2006. Jessica then pursued a Master's degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from UCLA, which they completed in 2007 to 2008.
