Rachel Barouch started their professional career as a Sales Specialist at Victoria's Secret in 2014, where they provided high-quality customer service and handled transactions. In 2013, they worked as a Personal Stylist at Jacqueline, maintaining inventory and assisting customers with finding their ideal styles. Additionally, Rachel was a member of the Nordstrom Fashion Board from 2011 to 2013, learning about industry trends and participating in fashion shows. Rachel also gained experience as a Camp Counselor at Metal Arts Summer Camp in 2012, assisting students with creating 3-D art projects using various metals.

From 2014 to 2017, Rachel worked as a Suffolk University Peer-Health Educator (SUPER), providing students with information and resources on various health topics and creating promotional items. Rachel also worked as a Graphic Designer at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in 2017, where they led design projects for the Communities for Healthy Living (CHL) project and managed image assets.

In 2014, Rachel started their own business called Rachel Barouch Designs, offering design and art direction services to a wide range of clients. Rachel provided branding, web banners, promotional guides, email templates, and illustrations.

From 2017 to 2023, Rachel worked at GMPC as a Designer, where they were responsible for designing and curating fashion accessories and bags for customers. Rachel also created detailed drawings and sketches for tech packs.

Most recently, Rachel joined Steve Madden in 2023 as a Designer for Handbags.

Rachel Barouch completed their education at Suffolk University, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from 2013 to 2017. Prior to attending Suffolk University, they completed their high school education at Livingston High School from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their academic qualifications, Rachel also obtained a certification as a Certified Peer Educator (CPE) from The BACCHUS Initiatives of NASPA in September 2014.
