Mihaela-Daniela Nita, MBA, serves as Vice President Finance at Transport Dsquare, overseeing financial planning and strategies while maintaining relationships with financial institutions and investors. Previously, Mihaela-Daniela held roles as Financial Controller at Unified Commerce Group, Senior Executive Financial Planning and Analysis and Accounting Manager at Ardene, Customs Broker at Alpha Logistiques Inc, and Chief Internal Auditor at ICMRS SA Galati. With a strong foundation in auditing, financial compliance, and budgeting, Mihaela-Daniela has also completed an Executive MBA from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and holds an MBA from UQAM. Mihaela-Daniela's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Insurance, Banking, and Stock Exchange, as well as an Associate's Degree in International Accounting Standards.
