Paolo De Fabritiis serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Stevanato Group since April 2023 and is a Lecturer at LUISS Business School for the Executive Master in Human Resources Management, Organization, and Leadership. Previously, Paolo was the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Bolton Group from January 2015 to January 2023, contributing to the success of the multinational consumer goods company. As the Founder of disismore from January 2013 to December 2014, Paolo aimed to generate societal value by promoting the professional development of diverse talent. Prior roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at GBfoods from February 2010 to January 2013 and various HR leadership positions at Danone from 1995 to February 2010, culminating as HR Director for Saiwa. Paolo holds a degree in Business Administration from Luiss Guido Carli University and completed the Leadership Development Program at IMD in 2022.
