Tina Elsner has a diverse range of work experience. Tina worked as the Director of Client Value at Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox, where they provided pricing and business analytics support to partners and analyzed alternative fee arrangements. Tina also worked at MLA Claims, LLC as the COO, where they successfully managed the merger of two adjusting firms and oversaw marketing strategy and website development. At Deloitte, they served as a Senior Consultant, providing strategy consulting to finance and telecommunications firms. Tina also had executive-level responsibility as the Vice President of Membership at the Design-Build Institute of America, where they developed marketing and membership strategies, delivered significant membership growth, and managed a budget.
Tina Elsner received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Theater and History from Smith College, graduating in the year 1991. Following this, they pursued an MBA in International Business Management from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, completing their studies between the years 2001 and 2003.
In addition to their formal education, Tina Elsner obtained two certifications from Villanova University in the year 2022. Tina earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification and a Lean Six Sigma certification.
