Jodi Paulen has extensive experience in business operations and client services. Jodi'smost recent role was as the Director of Business Operations at Stern Investor Relations, where they led a team and worked closely with senior leadership to achieve business goals. Prior to that, they served as a Client Services Manager at Advisors Capital Management, overseeing the operations of over 400 investor households. Jodi also has experience as a Program Manager at Focus Partners, a Client Services Consultant at Advisor Impact, and a Business Operations Manager at Jersey Chemicals Inc. Jodi started their career as a Product Manager at GETPAID Software.

Jodi Paulen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
