John Umbach is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as the National Sales Director at Stern Engineering Ltd. since June 2020, John drives all sales activities across the United States and establishes sales targets for the team. Prior to this role, John worked at Duravit USA in business development, focusing on building relationships for contract projects, and at GROHE as a Project Development Manager, where John promoted sales through key commercial and residential contacts in the New York Metro area. John also held significant positions at Masonite Architectural DoorSystems, including Vertical Segment Manager and Territory Sales Manager, where John achieved top sales rankings. Earlier experience includes managing projects at Matrix North America Inc. and an educational background in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
