Tim Ruppert has extensive experience in information technology and management, currently serving as the Chief Information/Technology Officer at Sterman Masser, Inc. since July 2014. Prior to this role, Tim held various positions within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including Chief Information Officer for the Department of Agriculture and MIS Director for the Department of State. Tim's earlier career includes consulting for Microsoft and serving as App Development Manager at SCINET. Tim's foundational experience began at Keystone Medical Systems, where various roles included Manager of Product Services and Application Developer. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Information Systems from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Government Chief Information Officer from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology.
