Shivam Tripathi has extensive work experience in the supply chain and procurement field. Shivam started their career at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited in 2015 as a Diploma Engineer Trainee in SCM. Shivam then moved to Sterlite Power in 2016, where they worked as an Associate in SCM and later as an Engineer in Supply Chain Procurement. In 2019, Shivam joined Baker Hughes as a Buying/Procurement Specialist. After a year, they joined IndiGrid as a Specialist in SCM and was later promoted to the role of Deputy Manager in SCM. Currently, Shivam is working at Sterlite Power as a Manager in Supply Chain.

Shivam Tripathi has a diverse education history. Shivam first attended Bhagwat Memorial Inter College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Highschool degree with a field of study in Mathematics. After that, from 2012 to 2015, Shivam studied at Government Polytechnic Ghaziabad and obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Automobile).

In 2017, Shivam pursued further education through online learning at ALISON - Online Learning, specializing in Supply Chain Management and earning a Diploma. Shivam continued their education at MIT School of Distance Education from 2020 to 2022, where they studied Logistics & Supply Chain Management and obtained a PGDM degree.

In addition to their formal education, Shivam Tripathi has also acquired several additional certifications. These include AutoCad and SolidWorks from CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd., Contractual Clauses from ICW Consulting Group, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from KPMG India, and StartUp India Learning Program from Invest India.
