Heidi Boghigian has over 40 years of diverse experience in retail and operations management. Currently serving as the General Manager of Retail Operations at Sterlingwear of Boston, Inc. since October 2009, Heidi oversees the operational functions of the retail division, focusing on financial performance and sales goals across multiple retail formats. Previously, Heidi worked as a Field Supervisor at NEI, where responsibilities included supervising off-site research projects and exit polling for the Gallup Organization. Earlier experience as Store Manager/Assistant Buyer at Ruth's involved coordinating store operations and assisting with merchandise buying, while the role of Training Manager at DSB Inc involved overseeing in-store operations and training new management personnel. Education was completed at Southern NH University.
