Ann Rowland, MA, MS, CPT, serves as the Vice President of Coaching and Education at Sterling Wellness Solutions, a position held since July 2020. Prior to this role, Ann worked as a Wellness Program Manager and Health Coach at Interactive Health, Inc., where responsibilities included developing wellness strategies and analyzing biometric data for clients from June 2011 to June 2020. Ann also founded and operated LiveWell/SleepWell from May 2007 to June 2011, offering corporate wellness consulting and insomnia treatment programs. As Program Director at Lake Forest Health & Fitness I from August 1997 to May 2007, Ann led a wellness program for 1,400 employees and received the Well Workplace Silver Award in 1998. Ann holds a Master of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology, both from Northern Illinois University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the same institution.
