Seth Dubner is an experienced professional in the real estate development sector, currently serving as a Senior Project Advisor at Sterling Project Development since February 2023. Previously, Seth held the position of Vice President - Development at Trestle Studio, where the focus was on real estate investment and content arbitrage. Seth has also served in multiple roles at Sydell Group from March 2011 to September 2020, including Director of Capital Projects and Director of Development, contributing to the creation of uniquely designed hotels. Earlier career experience includes roles at GFI Capital as a Retail Leasing Associate and at Rosin and Associates as a Financial Analyst. Seth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis and has also studied at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
