Lauren Partovi is an experienced professional in project development and urban planning, currently serving as a Senior Project Advisor at Sterling Project Development since 2018, providing consulting services for Class-A development projects across the U.S. As a key member of the advisory team, Lauren engages in project due diligence and facilitates reporting for lenders and equity partners. Prior experience includes roles at Catalyst Urban Development, where Lauren oversaw the development cycle for top multifamily projects in the DFW area, and earlier positions at Urban Land Institute and Enterprise Community Partners, focusing on sustainable development metrics and transit-oriented development strategies. Lauren holds a Master of Science in Community & Regional Planning from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy, Urban Planning, & Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
