Kyle Beneventi is an experienced real estate development professional currently serving as a Project Advisor at Sterling Project Development since September 2019. Prior roles include Director of Acquisitions at MultiGreen Properties, where contributions focused on a major workforce housing initiative delivering 40,000 units in five years. Kyle has also held positions as a Summer Associate at Savanna Real Estate Fund, a Development Associate at Federal Housing Solutions, and a Project Manager at The Seventh Art, LLC. An early career as an Architectural Designer at Pickard Chilton involved work on over 20 million square feet of high-rise office projects. Kyle holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Minnesota.
