Tia Jarvis, Ph.D., currently serves as Chemical R&D Scientist II at Sterling Pharma Solutions, where responsibilities include leading active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) process development with a focus on maximizing yield and purity through techniques such as root cause analysis and mass balance analysis. Prior experience includes working as Chemical R&D Scientist I at both Sterling Pharma Solutions and Alcami Corporation, where Tia specialized in the development and cost-effective manufacturing of APIs. Tia's background also encompasses an industrial postdoctoral researcher role at DuPont, where novel nanofiber membranes were developed, and extensive research during a doctoral program at the University of Notre Dame focused on sophisticated fluorescent conjugates. Tia's educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Chemistry from the University of West Florida.
