Alina Bornais is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in biologics CMC project management and early-phase drug development. Currently employed at Sterling Pharma Solutions since January 2023, Alina previously held similar roles at Sanofi Genzyme and Recipharm, where responsibilities included managing technical projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing project budgets exceeding $1 million. With prior experience at Sancilio & Company and Jamieson Laboratories, Alina has demonstrated expertise in CMC planning for IND and NDA submissions and new product development. Additionally, Alina began a career as a Product Development Chemist at Accucaps Industries Ltd. and gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Windsor, where a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry was earned.
