Michelle Benefield is an experienced nursing professional with extensive practice in emergency care, crisis stabilization, and psychiatric settings. Currently serving as a Contract Nurse at OMV Medical Inc. and Sterling Medical Staffing Group since October 2018 and October 2014 respectively, Michelle has consistently facilitated and coordinated care for a diverse patient population ranging from neonates to geriatrics while providing counseling on disease management and prevention. Previous roles include Registered Nurse positions at the Mental Health Care Center of Jacksonville and RiverPoint Behavioral Health, where Michelle developed care plans and implemented de-escalation techniques.
