Christopher also worked as a Pro-Bono Consultant at Taproot Foundation, where they conducted HR assessments and provided data analysis. Earlier in their career, they worked at Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems in various HR roles, including Director of Human Resources and Manager of Compensation & HR Technology. Christopher Bordiuk has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Roger Williams University. In 2010, they obtained a Mini-MBA in Business from Rutgers University. In 2004, they completed the Human Resources Executive Program at the University of Michigan. Additionally, Christopher has obtained several certifications, including "The Five Conversations That Deliver Accountability and Performance" from LinkedIn in February 2022, "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate" from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021, and the "SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)" certification from SHRM in June 2020. Christopher also holds the "Sr. Professional Human Resources (SPHR)" certification from HRCI.
