Steven Harders has been working in the industry since 2005. Steven began their career at EGHC as a Software Quality Assurance Team Lead. In 2006, they moved to Lumeris where they worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Most recently, they have been working as a Production Manager at Sterling Lighting since 2020.

Steven Harders earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry and Biology from Blackburn College between 1985 and 1991.
