Jana Angiwan has extensive experience in client management and service delivery, currently serving as a Client Case Manager at Sterling RISQ since August 2016, with previous roles including Team Leader Client Delivery, Process Lead Client Delivery, Client Case Executive, and Verification Specialist. Prior to this, Jana completed an internship in Human Resources at the Department of the Interior and Local Government from January to May 2016. Jana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Development Management from Saint Louis University, earned in 2016.
