Emma Sadowski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enhancing employee experience and engagement. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Global Employee Experience at Sterling since June 2022, Emma leads a global team to align regional initiatives with overarching strategies, oversees pulse surveys, and implements improvements in onboarding and wellbeing programs. Previously, Emma held the position of Head of Culture and Engagement at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, where responsibilities included executing culture surveys and leading a global team of Culture Champions to foster an inclusive workplace.
