John Boudro is a seasoned Project Superintendent with extensive experience in overall management of field operations, project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, budget establishment, and cost control. Currently serving in this role at Sterling Industrial since March 2022, John previously held the same position at Industrial Contractors Skanska from March 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities included quality control inspections, safety program adherence, and jobsite management. Additionally, John has a background as an Area Manager with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America, holding various roles including Apprentice-Journeyman and earning multiple awards for excellence in craftsmanship and apprenticeship. John holds an Associate's Degree in Applied Science from Jefferson Community College in Kentucky.
