Samantha Drilling is an experienced Property Manager with a career spanning over 17 years in the property management industry. Currently employed at Monarch Investment and Management Group since September 2015, managing a 300-apartment market rate community near Muskegon, Michigan, Samantha also has a long tenure with The Sterling Group, overseeing three communities and commercial spaces with a total of 325 apartment homes in Michigan and Wisconsin. Previous positions include managing new construction in Williston and Dickinson, North Dakota, and two communities with a total of 302 apartment homes at MPA Management. Samantha possesses a strong proficiency in all aspects of property management, including accounting, payroll, collections, and staff coordination, and has consistently achieved performance goals while managing significant capital improvements. Educational background includes attendance at Jordan College following graduation from Newaygo High School in 1985.
