Tom Dozier has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tom started their career in 2005 as a General Manager at Gold's Gym and held this position until 2012. Tom then joined Peak Physique in 2012 as an Operations Director, where they implemented operating procedures and focused on building a sales culture. Tom joined Sterling Engineering in 2013, first as an Engineering Recruiter until 2016, and later as a Business Operations Analyst from 2017 onwards.

Tom Dozier began their education journey in 2020 at Harvard Business School Online, where they are currently pursuing a CORe Credential of Readiness.
