Robert Kilmer has a diverse work experience in project management and packaging development. Robert started their career at Viskase Companies as a Technical Sales Representative from July 1997 to October 1998. Robert then joined ACH Food Companies, Inc. as a Packaging Development Engineer from October 1998 to February 2001. At The Coca-Cola Company, they worked as a Packaging Engineer from February 2001 to March 2005, managing development projects for foodservice and retail packaging. Kilmer then joined Kraft Foods as a Senior Packaging Engineer from March 2005 to November 2005, where they coordinated package development for various food and beverage products.

Following their time at Kraft Foods, Kilmer moved to Scholle IPN, where they held several roles.
