Kajal Patel, MHRIR has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Kajal worked as a Technical Engineering Recruiter at Sterling Engineering from January 2018 to present. Prior to that, they served as a National Sales Support Representative at Paylocity from June 2017 to December 2017. Kajal also worked as a Camp Counselor and Kids Activities Team Member at LIFETIME FITNESS during the same period. Before their roles at Paylocity and LIFETIME FITNESS, Kajal was an Office Associate at Robert Half from July 2015 to June 2017.

In addition to their corporate experience, Kajal has also worked in research and education. Kajal was a Personality and Cognition Lab Research Assistant at the Department of Psychology, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from February 2017 to May 2017. Kajal has also volunteered at St. Alexius Medical Center from 2012 to 2013.

Kajal Patel, MHRIR, has a diverse education history. Kajal pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, School of Labor and Employment Relations from 2021 to 2022.

Before that, Kajal completed their Bachelor's Degree at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Their majors were Organizational Psychology (B.S.) and Communication (B.A.), and they also obtained a minor in Leadership Studies. This period of their education lasted from 2013 to 2017.

Prior to entering university, Kajal Patel attended Streamwood High School, where they completed their College Prep education. Kajal studied there from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Kajal Patel has also acquired the Illinois Leadership Certificate through the Illinois Leadership® Center in March 2015.
